Patrick Rolink
Patrick started gigging in 2002, and has played virtually every
comedy club in Scotland as well as many in England, including The
Comedy Store Leicester Square, Jongleurs Battersea, The Buzz Club,
The Cellar Bar in Dublin as well as clubs in Newcastle, Manchester,
and Torquay. In 2003 Patrick reached the national finals of the
Channel 4 competition "So you think you're funny" at the
Edinburgh Festival.
Patrick become a Jongleurs regular in 2004 with regular spots
in Glasgow and Edinburgh, he also enjoyed the ultimate experience
of appearing on stage on Broadway in New York, in a the highly acclaimed
"Matt McGinn Tribute Concert.
2005 saw Patrick promote and compere a very successful show at
the Leicester Comedy Festival demonstrating the universal appeal
of his humour.
In addition to his comedy work, Patrick regularly comperes events.
He has also worked on stage at the Scottish Royal Academy of Drama
& Music, demonstrating that his brand of humour crosses all
barriers, and is an excellent after dinner speaker, much in demand
simply because he can deliver a set to please and delight any audience. |
